JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Puluhan massa menggelar aksi damai menuntut mendeportasi pelaku penganiayaan WNA asal China, Chen Shen, di depan kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus TPI Batam, Kamis (27/3/2025). Bahkan meminta Kepala Kantor Imigrasi Batam, Hajar Aswad, segera dicopot.

Diketahui, tuntutan pendemo dari Indonesia Youth Kongres Indonesia Kepulauan Riau ini berawal dari satu peristiwa penganiayaan yang dilakukan seorang Warga Negara Asing asal China bernama Chen Shen pada bulan Februari lalu terhadap korban berinisial IRS.

Masalah ini sudah dilaporkan dan berujung perdamaian di Polsek Batam Kota. Walau sudah damai, pihak korban berharap, pelaku penganiayaan Chen Shen segera di deportasi.

Humas Kantor Imigrasi Batam, Kharisma mengatakan pihaknya tidak melakukan tindakan deportasi terhadap Chen Shen, karena kedua belah pihak sudah berdamai.

“Pihak kita sudah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap Chen Shen, karena sudah berdamai, pihak kantor Imigrasi Batam memberikan Tindakan Admimistratif Keimigrasian (TAK), berupa peringatan tertulis agar tidak mengulangi perbuatannya,” terang Kharisma.

Disinggung kenapa tidak memberikan sangsi deportasi, Kharisma menjawab, tindakan Administratif Keimigrasian yang dilakukan beragam, teguran tertulis, pembatalan izin tinggal, ada penempatan ditempat tertentu, deportasi dan pencekalan.

“Yang kami berikan ke Chen Shen itu adalah tindakan tertulis, agar yang bersangkutan tidak mengulangi perbuatannya,” sambung Kharisma.

Merespon keterangan pihak Imigrasi, kuasa hukum korban IRS, Dr Rolas Sitinjak SH MH menjelaskan, bahwa ada poin penting yang disepakati saat melakukan perdamaian, pelaku Chen Shen harus keluar dari Batam.

“Karena sesuai kesepakatan perdana dengan klien kami sebelumnya, CS harus keluar dari Batam. Sehingga inilah alasan makanya perkara itu diselesaikan melalui Restorative Justive (RJ) dan diterbitkan Surat Perintah Penghentian Penyelidikan (SP3),” terang Rolas.

Informasi yang didapat, akibat dari penganiayaan itu, telinga korban saat ini terganggu, dan trauma. Pihak korban juga sudah menemui Kasi Penindakan Imigrasi Batam Yudho.

“Saat itu Yudho berjanji akan mencabut izin tinggal CS, namun hingga kini hal tersebut tidak terlaksana. Informasi terakhir didapat, CS sudah 3 kali masuk dan keluar Batam, ” sambung Rolas.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, pihak korban tetap meminta pelaku CS segera dideportasi oleh pihak Imigrasi Batam.

“Pelaku CS itu tempramen dan pemabuk, dikawatirkan ada korban baru,” tutup Rolas. (jnk/**)
