JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Presiden Prabowo Subianto mengarahkan agar struktur komisaris di badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) sektor perbankan disederhanakan agar lebih efisien dan diisi oleh para profesional.
Hal ini disampaikan saat rapat terbatas yang dipimpin Presiden di Istana Merdeka, Jakarta, Rabu (26/3/2025), bersama sejumlah menteri Kabinet Merah Putih.
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Airlangga Hartarto, mengungkapkan bahwa langkah ini merupakan bagian dari strategi memperkuat manajemen BUMN serta meningkatkan respons positif dari pasar.
“Arahan Presiden jelas, jumlah komisaris di BUMN perbankan perlu dirampingkan dan diisi oleh tenaga profesional yang kompeten,” ujar Airlangga dalam konferensi pers usai rapat.
Airlangga menambahkan bahwa perubahan struktur ini akan tetap disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing bank. Selain itu, unsur perwakilan dari kementerian teknis tetap dipertahankan sesuai dengan relevansi sektor masing-masing.
“Sebagai contoh, untuk BRI masih akan melibatkan perwakilan dari kementerian teknis yang berkaitan dengan sektor UMKM, sementara bank lain menyesuaikan dengan bidang masing-masing,” jelasnya.
Selain membahas restrukturisasi komisaris BUMN, rapat tersebut juga menyoroti kondisi nilai tukar rupiah. Airlangga menegaskan bahwa meskipun terjadi fluktuasi, fundamental ekonomi Indonesia tetap dalam kondisi stabil dan kuat.
“Fluktuasi nilai tukar adalah hal yang biasa. Namun, secara fundamental, ekonomi kita tetap kuat,” katanya.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa sejumlah faktor seperti ekspor yang solid, cadangan devisa yang kuat, serta neraca perdagangan yang positif turut menopang stabilitas ekonomi nasional. Kebijakan terkait devisa hasil ekspor (DHE) juga dinilai berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan nilai tukar rupiah.
“Kita memiliki ekspor yang baik, cadangan devisa yang solid, serta neraca perdagangan yang terus menunjukkan tren positif. Selain itu, kebijakan DHE telah membantu menjaga kestabilan ekonomi nasional,” pungkasnya.(jn/**)
