JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) mendorong agar manajemen pertambakan modern yang diterapkan di tambak budidaya udang di Kebumen dapat menjadi percontohan bagi daerah lainnya di tanah air.
“Dengan mengucap bismillahirrahmanirrahim, pada siang hari ini saya resmikan Tambak Budidaya Udang Berbasis Kawasan di Kabupaten Kebumen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah,” ucap Presiden saat meresmikan Tambak Budidaya Udang Berbasis Kawasan (BUBK) yang berlokasi di Desa Plesung, Karangrejo, Kecamatan Petanahan, Kabupaten Kebumen, Jawa Tengah, Kamis (09/03/2023).
Diketahui, Tambak udang seluas 60 hektare ini diproyeksikan dapat menghasilkan 40 ton udang per hektarenya.
“Satu hektarenya kurang lebih kita harapkan di atas 40 ton dan kawasan budi daya udang ini menghabiskan anggaran Rp175 miliar,” ujarnya.
Presiden pun berharap pengolahan Tambak Udang tersebut menjadi parameter maupun contoh bagi pengolahan Tambak Udang di daerah lainnya.
“Kita harapkan ini menjadi sebuah contoh yang baik bagi budidaya udang vaname yang memerlukan kebersihan air, yang memerlukan betul-betul manajemen yang detail. Kita harapkan ini menjadi contoh bagi kita semua,” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya, Presiden telah meninjau pelaksanaan panen raya padi, di Kebumen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
Dan Presiden juga mengatakan bahwa saat ini pemerintah tengah menghitung harga pokok pemerintah (HPP) gabah dan beras menyusul turunnya harga gabah kering panen (GKP) seiring dengan panen raya yang dilakukan di sejumlah wilayah di tanah air..(jn/skb)
