JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokow) memberikan tanggapan terkait vonis mati Ferdy Sambo atas kasus pembunuhan berencana Brigadir Yosua.
Diketahui, sejak Ferdy Sambo divonis mati oleh pengadilan Jakarta Selatan, beragam kalangan memberikan tanggapan dan komentar.
Terkait keputusan vonis mati tersebut, ada pihak yang merasa senang, tetapi ada juga pihak yang merasa prihatin karena beberapa alasan.
Bahkan, vonis mati yang dijatuhkan oleh hakim kepada Ferdy Sambo, tak luput dari komentar Presiden Jokowi.
Menurut Presiden, keputusan tersebut merupakan ranah pengadilan, dan dirinya tidak bisa ikut campur.
” Wilayahnya pengadilan, kita tidak bisa ikut campur,” ujar Jokowi saat ditanya terkait kasus Ferdy Sambo dikutip dari tiktok officialinews, Sabtu (18/2/2023).
Presiden merasa dirinya tidak memiliki hak untuk ikut campur terkait benar atau salah terkait vonis Ferdy Sambo.
Dikatakan Presiden, keputusan terkait vonis mati Ferdy Sambo sesuai fakta persidangan.
“Tetapi saya kira, keputusan yang ada, saya melihat pertimbangan fakta fakta, pertimbangan bukti bukti, juga kesaksian para saksi menjadi penting dalam keputusan yang kemarin saya lihat,” jelas Jokowi.
Presiden Jokowi terlihat tidak mau memberikan tanggapan secara eksplisit terkait vonis yang dijatuhkan hakim ke Ferdy Sambo tersebut.
“Tapi sekali lagi, kita tidak bisa memberikan komentar, ” terang Jokowi
Saat ditanya terkait apakah putusan itu adil atau tidak, Jokowi menuturkan “itu sudah diputuskan, kita harus menghormati, semuanya harus menghormati keputusan yang ada”.
Jokowi berharap keputusan hakim terhadap vonis Ferdy Sambo harus tetap dihormati, karena keputusan tersebut sudah melalui banyak pertimbangan.
