JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati menyebutkan bahwa stabilitas sistem keuangan Indonesia triwulan IV tahun 2023 tetap terjaga, meski berada di tengah risiko perlambatan ekonomi dunia dan ketidakpastian pasar keuangan global.
Menurutnya, tahun 2024 menjadi fase penting bagi pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia yang terus berlanjut. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan stabilitas sistem keuangan yang solid dan terjaga menjadikan laju ekonomi domestik masih sangat resilien.
“Kondisi perekonomian dan sistem keuangan domestik secara keseluruhan pada tahun 2023 terjaga baik dan mampu mendukung pemulihan serta pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan,” ungkap Menkeu dalam Konferensi Komite Stabilitas Sistem Keuagan (KSSK) di Jakarta, Selasa (30/01/2024).
Sebelumnya, Menteri Keuangan selaku ketua KSSK, bersama dengan Gubernur Bank Indonesia (BI), Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) telah melakukan rapat berkala KSSK pertama di tahun 2024 pada hari Senin (29/01/2024).
Dalam pertemuan itu, menghasilkan komitmen untuk terus memperkuat koordinasi, sinergi, serta meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap risiko perlambatan ekonomi dan berlanjutnya ketidakpastian global di tahun 2024, sekaligus juga waspada terhadap kondisi dan dinamika perekonomian domestik serta rambatan yang mungkin terjadi.
“Pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia melambat dengan ketidakpastian di tengah divergensi antarnegara yang semakin melebar. Bank Dunia atau World Bank dalam Global Economic Prospect yang terbit Januari 2024 memperkirakan pertumbuhan ekonomi global akan melambat dari sebelumnya 3% pada tahun 2022 menjadi hanya 2,6% year on year tahun 2023 dan kembali menurun melemah menjadi 2,4% pada tahun 2024 ini,” tuturnya.
Di sisi lain, indikator-indikator makro ekonomi seperti inflasi, nilai tukar rupiah, dan cadangan devisa menunjukkan stabilitas. Keseluruhan faktor ini saling terkait dan sangat penting untuk menjaga daya beli masyarakat, meningkatkan daya saing ekspor, serta mendukung stabilitas ekonomi dan keuangan Indonesia.
Memasuki triwulan keempat 2023, Menkeu mengungkapkan tanda-tanda resiliensi dari aktivitas ekonomi domestik Indonesia masih berlanjut. Indikasi positif terlihat dari terus berlanjutnya ekspansi PMI Manufaktur Indonesia, pertumbuhan konsumsi listrik yang tinggi di sektor bisnis dan industri, serta keberlanjutan indeks keyakinan konsumen dan indeks penjualan riil yang terus terjaga. Dengan begitu, proyeksi pertumbuhan ekonomi bertahan pada kisaran 5%. Sementara angka pengangguran menurun menjadi 5,32% dan angka kemiskinan mencapai 9,36%.
Secara keseluruhan, indikator-indikator makro ekonomi menegaskan bahwa fundamental ekonomi Indonesia masih relatif baik, didukung oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kebijakan fiskal dan moneter yang tepat.
“Aktivitas konsumsi masyarakat masih kuat yang didukung dengan tingkat inflasi yang relatif terkendali. Juga penurunan tingkat pengangguran, serta peranan APBN yang secara aktif pada tahun 2023 yang lalu sebagai shock absorber yang terus menjaga daya beli masyarakat kita. In total, the researchers newly identified and described 17 distinct behaviors of narwhals involving prey. The findings revealed a wide range of interactions and dynamics between narwhals and fish as well as the extraordinary agility, precision and speed of their tusks to track moving targets, according to the study published February 27 in the journal Frontiers in Marine Science.
“Seeing that these animals are not actually hunting the fish but exploring, manipulating and interacting with it was really a game changer,” said lead author Dr. Gregory O’Corry-Crowe, a research professor in the Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute at Florida Atlantic University.
Since so little is understood about this whale species, researchers like O’Corry-Crowe and his colleagues are working diligently to conduct studies to document narwhals’ unknown behaviors to better understand how these animals adapt in a rapidly shifting habitat as oceans warm and sea ice melts.
