JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Wakil Gubernur (Wagub) Sumatera Utara (Sumut) Musa Rajekshah berharap agar Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi (Unpab) bisa membantu pemerintah dalam mencetak sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas.
“Pancabudi semakin tahun semakin baik. Perguruan tingginya juga makin banyak peminatnya yakni mahasiswa dan mahasiswinya. Akreditasinya juga semakin meningkat,” ujar pria yang akrab disapa Ijeck tersebut, di Rumah Besar Universitas Pembangunan Pancabudi, Sabtu (13/5).
Dengan semakin baiknya Pancabudi, Ijeck berharap dapat menghasilkan SDM yang berkualitas untuk Sumut dan membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan masukan untuk pembangunan dan kemajuan Sumut.
“Alhamdulilah, setiap tahun saya menghadiri halalbihalal ini. Karena hubungan saya dengan Pak Isa juga dekat. Begitu juga orangtua kami, orangtua saya dan almarhum orangtua Pak Isa juga dekat. Semoga silaturahmi ini semakin baik,” katanya.
Saat ini, katanya, Pemprov Sumut selalu bersinergi dengan Unpab, terutama dalam hal bidang penelitian. Begitu juga dalam bidang proyek strategis lainnya.
“Kami selalu mengajak Pancabudi memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah. Dan sebagai kampus swasta dan diurus oleh keluarga, Pancabudi ini semakin berkembang dengan baik. Apalagi semuanya akur. Kita berharap ini semakin besar dan kampus ini menjadi amal jariyah untuk almarhum,” harap Ijeck.
Menambahkannya, Rektor Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi Muhammad Isa Indrawan mengucapkan terima kasih atas kedatangan Wagub Sumut ke kampus mereka. “Pesan kami Pak Wagub tetap maju dan jaya terus,” harapnya.(jns)
