JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Menteri Dalam Negeri Tito Karnavian melantik Hassanudin sebagai Penjabat (Pj) Gubernur Sumatera Utara (Sumut). Hassanudin menggantikan Gubernur Sumut Edy Rahmayadi (periode 2018-2023) yang berakhir masa jabatannya 5 September 2023.
Mendagri Tito Karnavian mengatakan, para Penjabat Gubernur sangat menentukan masa depan daerah yang dipimpin. Ia pun meminta para penjabat yang baru dilantik agar terus meminta masukan dari pejabat yang lama.
“Hal positif dari pejabat yang lama diteruskan, kalau ada yang kurang lakukan koreksi, dan terus lakukan hubungan dengan pejabat yang lama,” kata Tito, di Gedung Sasana Bahkti Praja, Kemendagri, Jakarta, Selasa (5/9/3023).
Tito mengharapkan amanah tersebut terus dijaga. Para penjabat gubernur pada dasarnya pengisi kekosongan pimpinan. Ia juga berpesan sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) harus terus mengambil posisi netral pada tahun politik.
“Saya minta di tahun politik mengambil posisi netral, tidak politik praktis, tapi membangun daerahnya masing-masing,” ujar Tito.
Usai pelantikan, Pj Gubernur Sumut Hassanudin mengatakan akan melanjutkan apa yang selama ini telah dikerjakan Gubernur Edy Rahmayadi.
“Sebagaimana yang telah disampaikan Mendagri tadi, melanjutkan apa yang sudah baik, demi kesejaheteraan Sumut,” katanya di Gedung Sasana Bahkti Praja, Kemendagri, Jakarta, Selasa (5/9/3023).
Selain itu, Hassanudin juga akan terus melakukan yang terbaik demi Sumut, khususnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Sumut. “Harapannya kita tidak jadi golongan yang merugi, kita harus senantiasa melakukan yang terbaik, demi kesejahteraan Sumut,” ujarnya.
Selain Hasanudin, ada sejumlah penjabat gubernur yang dilantik hari ini. Dia antaranya Pj Gubernur Jawa Barat Bey Machmudin, Pj Gubernur Jawa Tengah Nana Sudjana, Gubernur Kalbar Harrison Azroi, Pj Gubernur Bali Sang Made Mahendra Jaya, Pj Gubernur Sulsel Bachtiar Baharuddin, Pj Gubernur Sulawesi Tenggara Andap Budhi, Pj Gubernur NTT Ayodhia Kalake dan Pj Gubernur Papua Ridwan Rumasukun.(jns)
