Dinilai ‘Janggal’, Tersangka Penganiayaan di Sidempuan Belum Ditahan, Begini Penjelasan Polres

JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Polres Padang Sidempuan menetapkan DS sebagai tersangka penganiayaan terhadap Lisna Wati Nasution (29) warga Batunadua Jae kota Padang Sidempuan, namun tidak ditahan, Senin (22/05/2023)

Peristiwa penganiayaan yang dilakukan DS sempat viral di Media Sosial bahkan media online lainnya, lantaran menganiaya korban warga di lingkungan daerah tempat mereka tinggal.

Kasat Reskrim Padangsidempuan, AKP Maria Marpaung menyatakan dalam surat pemberitahuan kepolisian bahwa laporan pengaduan An. Lisna Wati Nasution pada tanggal 05 Mei 2023 telah dilakukan gelar perkara.

Dari hasil perkara, dengan nomor surat No: B/289/V/2023/Reskrim, menyatakan kasus ditingkatkan ke proses penyidikan, dan penyidik pembantu menetapkan terlapor DS, sebagai tersangka. Selanjutnya penyidik akan melakukan Berita Acara Pemeriksaan (BAP) terhadap saksi-saksi.

“Baru ditetapkan tersangka, pemanggilan untuk hari ini di BAP,” ucap AKP Maria dengan singkat.

Meski DS sudah ditetapkan jadi tersangka, DS tidak ditahan dikarenakan mulai dari Lidik hingga ke Sidik tidak mempersulit pemeriksaan.

“Benar tidak ditahan, dikarenakan mulai dari Lidik sampai Sidik tersangka tidak pernah mempersulit Pemeriksaan. Namun, perkara tetap lanjut, ungkap Kasat.

Untuk proses selanjutnya, penyidik unit PPA Polres Padang Sidempuan mengirim berkas perkara ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Padang Sidempuan.

Menanggapi hal itu, korban merasa janggal atas alasan penyidik Unit PPA Polres Padang Sidempuan yang mengatakan bahwa DS tidak ditahan dikarenakan tersangka mempunyai dua anak yang masih membutuhkan kasih sayang.

Sementara, kata Korban, kedua anaknya tersebut sudah dewasa dan mempunyai cucu, hal itu tidak menjadi dasar yang kuat agar si tersangka tidak ditahan.

Dan korbanpun juga merasa janggal alasan dari Kasat Reskrim dan penyidik Unit PPA Polres Padang Sidempuan tidak sekata atau berbeda alasan.

Terakhir, korban berharap kepada penegak hukum agar kasus tersebut segera dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan dan tersangka segera ditahan. (JN-Irul)
