JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Pelaksanaan Uji Kompetensi Wartawan (UKW) Angkatan 58 Tahun 2023, oleh Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Sumatera Utara selaku panitia akhirnya ditunda. Selain diduga karena persoalan administrasi, Dana hibah sebesar Rp1,5 Miliar tak kunjung dicairkan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Pemprovsu).

“Hingga saat ini dana hibah untuk kami belum juga cair. Jadi kami terpaksa menunda pelaksanaan UKW tersebut jadi sekitar bulan Oktober,” ujar Ketua PWI Sumut, Farianda Putra Sinik, kepada wartawan, Minggu (27/8/2023).

Farianda menuturkan, pelaksanaan UKW tersebut dijadwalkan berlangsung 1-2 September 2023 di salah satu hotel di Kota Medan. Selain UKW, kegiatan juga dirangkai dengan pra UKW dan ujian kenaikan status Anggota Biasa PWI Sumut.

“Kita telah mengagendakan tiga kegiatan itu selama empat hari, yakni tanggal 30-31 Agustus dan 1-2 September. Namun mengingat dana hibah belum turun, maka terpaksa kami tunda,” ungkap Farianda.

Farianda mengakui bahwa terkait administrasi pemberkasan sudah memenuhi syarat, dan seharusnya tidak ada kendala.

“Secara administrasi syarat-syaratnya telah kami penuhi, dan hingga saat ini tidak masalah soal pemberkasan,” ujarnya.

Sementara, Kepala Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Sumatera Utara, Ilyas Sitorus mengatakan Dana hibah sebesar Rp1.5 Miliar belum dapat diterima Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Provinsi Sumatera Utara karena belum penuhi syarat administrasi.

“Pencairan belum dilakukan karena masalah administrasi yang belum selesai, pencairan akan direalisasikan setelah administrasi selesai,” kata Ilyas Sitorus kepada aktiva.news, Senin (28/8) siang.

Namun, Ilyas Sitorus tidak mampu menjelaskan administrasi apa yang kurang agar dana hibah tersebut dapat digunakan untuk program kerja PWI Sumut.

“Saya belum lihat karena masih di luar kota, sebelum ke tabagsel saya dan pak Gub kunker ke Labuhanbatu Raya lanjut saya bersama Kadis Pora mengikuti rapat di koni pusat terkait pon XXI/2024,” terangnya seraya enggan menjelaskan kekurangan administrasi berkas PWI Sumut.

Seperti diketahui, pelaksanaan UKW oleh PWI Sumut sudah sering dilaksanakan, dan telah menorehkan jurnalis-jurnalis yang berkualitas.

Namun, dugaan persoalan administrasi oleh Kominfo Sumut, sehingga tidak mencairkan Dana hibah sebesar Rp1,5 Miliar, justru harus membuat PWI Sumut menunda pelaksanaan UKW angkatan 58.

Tentunya, Kadis Kominfo Sumut, Ilyas Sitorus selaku salah satu Kepala OPD dibawah naungan Gubernur Sumut (Gubsu), tidak mungkin mempersulit maupun terkesan ‘Nakal’ dan berani mempersulit pencairan dana hibah kepada PWI Sumut dengan dalih administrasi tidak memenuhi syarat.

Ketika disinggung, apakah ada persoalan pribadi dengan Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi maupun Kadis Kominfo Ilyas Sitorus, Farianda lebih memilih irit berkomentar sembari menyayangkan sikap kurang profesional Pemprovsu.
