Gubernur Sumatera Utara (Sumut) Bobby Afif Nasution usai rapat paripurna, di Ruang Rapat DPRD Sumut, Jalan Imam Bonjol, Medan, Senin (3/3/2025).

JELAJAHNEWS.ID – Gubernur Sumatera Utara (Sumut) Bobby  Nasution menargetkan seluruh wilayah Sumut sudah tercover dalam program Universal Health Coverage (UHC) dalam dua tahun.

Saat ini, dari 33 kabupaten/kota di Sumut, baru 11 kabupaten/kota yang sudah tercover dalam program UHC, sedangkan 22 kabupaten/kota lainnya belum. Oleh karena itu, dalam dua tahun ke depan, ditargetkan seluruh wilayah Sumut sudah masuk dalam program UHC.

“Tentunya kita harus bisa memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat. Dari 33 kabupaten/kota, baru 11 yang tercover UHC. Dalam kesempatan ini, kami menyampaikan Insya Allah, dalam waktu dua tahun ke depan kami memastikan seluruh wilayah di Sumut mencapai UHC,” ujar Bobby, di Ruang Rapat DPRD Sumut, Jalan Imam Bonjol, Medan, Senin (3/3/2025).

Untuk merealisasikan hal tersebut, Bobby menekankan pentingnya dukungan dan keterlibatan semua pihak terkait, terutama pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Sumut.

“Kami berharap seluruh kabupaten/kota memastikan keterlibatan kolaborasi antara Pemprov dan Pemda,” ucapnya.

UHC di Provinsi Sumut merupakan salah satu kebijakan prioritas pemerintah serta merupakan program hasil cepat terbaik dari visi dan misi Gubernur Sumatera Utara.

Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Sumut, Muhammad Faisal Hasrimy, menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah mengadakan Rapat Lintas Sektoral pada Jumat, 28 Februari 2025.

Rapat tersebut bertujuan menjalin komunikasi, bertukar pikiran, serta merancang strategi untuk pencapaian status UHC di Provinsi Sumut. Harapannya, pertemuan ini dapat menghasilkan formula terbaik untuk mencapai target UHC di Sumut.

“Yang perlu dirumuskan adalah skenario pembiayaan, mulai dari semua pembiayaan atau model cost sharing serta insentif yang diperoleh kabupaten/kota, tentunya dengan memperhatikan kemampuan fiskal daerah di Provinsi Sumut,” ungkapnya.

Dalam rapat tersebut diketahui bahwa 11 kabupaten/kota di Sumut yang telah mencapai UHC 98% ke atas adalah: Medan (98,91%), Tebingtinggi (89,17%), Pematangsiantar (99,55%), Sibolga (100%), Gunungsitoli (98,78%), Toba (98,27%), Pakpak Bharat (100%), Nias Barat (98,78%), Nias Utara (100%), Humbang Hasundutan (98,76%), dan Langkat (98%).(jns)
